Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 129Not too bad
The furniture was nice and we appreciated the fridge and microwave (which weren't expected.) The bathroom was not up to the same par as the rest of the room, but overall it was a good hotel. The walk to Disneyland was longer than expected.

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 129Needs Improvement, but served its purpose!
Was looking for a decent priced hotel for my family on our brief two night stay in Anaheim for Halloween weekend. Ideal location in regards to getting into the Disneyland parking lot, gas station on same block. The parking lot is a little tricky- big cars/trucks may have a problem. The room itself was clean, but the wallpaper in some areas was peeling. It needs updating and let's leave it at that. It served it's purpose- gave us a clean, good sized room for us to shower and sleep after long HOT days at Disneyland.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 129Convenient and Comfortable
The room was comfortable and nice for the price. There was a mini fridge and microwave which came in handy. The only thing that sucked was the soap...i know its odd to mention a small detail like that but every bar we got was broken as if it were old. Just remember your own and everything should be good :)

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 129Great value and location
We needed a hotel close to Disneyland at an affordable rate. This one was great in both areas. We have stayed at another similar hotel in the area and when we return, we will stay again at the Rodeway Inn. My wife left her makeup, hair accessories, etc. when we checked out and they were very helpful and fast about sending them to us.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 129Good location, kinda shabby
First of all, I don't have alot of money to spend on a hotel when I go to Disneyland. I'm not well-off. I stay here everytime I go to Disneyland. If you don't have alot of money to spend either, then this is the hotel for you, lol. If you have more money, I suggest staying somewhere else. The rooms have been updated with new furniture and linen, but the mattresses are still 20+ years old. The bathroom tile is old and there's water damage in various places. Some rooms don't have enough outlets for all the ammenities and you have to unplug a lamp if you want to run the microwave or fridge. Some rooms are not finished with the updates either. I haven't found any bugs, but the mildew and water damage is concerning. Not all the air conditioners or heaters work or are missing protective screens, and they haven't replaced them either. They tend to leak, so I guess it's a good thing the front walkway is eerily SLANTED so the water drains over the side. It gets really slippery when wet!!! The hotel is run by the owners who live on site and they are NOT friendly. They want your money, but they don't want to be bothered with you. They provide the minimum necessites and will only give you more linen on request. I had no wash cloths, and not enough towels for the room. I recommend staying here only if you can't afford a good hotel. I've been staying here for years, so I know what to expect and it's at least a step up from sleeping in my car. Lol. I spend all my time at Disneyland, so I don't care where I sleep for a few hours at night as long as there's no bugs.

Parking needed to be a little better. Our truck was hard to park in the areas available.

Rodeway is a great hotel for the price. Conviently located. My room was clean with new carpet. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and accomadating. Extremely happy with the stay.

I read somewhere it is a .5 mile from Disneyland it is if you are an employee of Disneyland it is out there maingate. They were nice if you could understand them. The hotel looked clean except around the tubs there is mold and the carpets are dirty. If you want a hard bed you should stay here.

Although the location of the hotel was great, the apearance and condition needs a lot of improvement. The carpet of the hotel room needs to be changed quickly. I would advice people to spend a little more money and get a better hotel.

Pool is extremely small, it could probably only fit 3 adults, wi-fi connection was really weak, it would connect and then disconnect, very limited parking, bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on, outlet pulgs were very loose! So when I wanted to use something that needed to be pulged in, I would have to hold the pulg into the outlet or it would fall out! Coffee was nasty, t.v channels were fuzzy, walls are paper thin, you can hear everything around you at all hours of the night! room was really hot with out air conditioner on, and the air conditioner was right next to my bed! Water pressure for shower was low. And the cleaning maid took my PERSONAL TOWEL that I brought from my own home! And when I asked her about it, she didn't speak any English. Don't think I would stay here again.. Not reccommended unless you're really desperate!

The pool is 5'x3', so you CAN'T swim in it (It shouldn't be called a pool!) The outlet pulgs in the room were loose for some weird reason (I had to hold the pulg to my hair dryer so it wouldn't fall out!). Room service took my PERSONAL TOWEL, and when I asked the maid, she didn't speak any English. Everyday around 5-7pm, it smells like curry. The room was extremely hot if you don't leave the air conditioning on, and the air conditioner was right next to my bed! The t.v. does come with basic cable, but some channels were very fuzzy! The walls are thin, so you can hear everything that's going on around you. The walk to Disneyland was about 30 minutes, think next time I'll stay some where else..

This is a 3 star Inn with a 5 star treatment. The hotel owners/attendents were so friendly and willing to help in anyway possible. Its about a 15 minute walk to disneyland but the hospitality of the staff excellent.
