Small Rooms

Even for a NYC hotel, the rooms are very small. On the other hand very clean, modern. Great location.

Fantastic location and terrific service

The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. The location was wonderful--a couple of blocks from Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue shopping, and a very pleasant walk to Times Square/Theater District. The room was spacious for a NYC hotel room, clean and had a comfortable bed. I'd definitely stay there again.

Cramped Quarters

A lousy experience

I was soaking wet trying to get a cab, went to reception and was told " sorry we cannot get a cab... " No thanks I the future am going back to a Marriott or Hilton

Great hotel and great location

From the time we checked in everything was perfect!!! The room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable and teh hotel was in the perfect location!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!

Great Location

This was our first visit to NYC and the hotel weas great. The location was ideal for the activities we had planned. We ate in the retaraunt twice and really enjoyed the view from the seventh floor terrace. The room was clean and modern with a wall mounted flat screen TV as well as a microwave and refrigerator. We are already talking about our next visit and plan to stay at the same hotel.

Great location

The purpose of our trip to the city was to bring my daughter to the American Girl Store. The Rockefeller Center Hotel was an excellent location, not only close to the store, but centrally located for other sites. We did not need to cab or subway...we were in walking distance to everything. Hotel was very nice & clean, room was a little small, but we did not mind. We will stay there again next year.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, comfortable room

I was most pleased with my stay at the Rockefeller Center Hotel. It was close to everything, offered a most comfortable room (rather large by New York standards), and the staff could not have been more helpful. I will definitely consider this hotel the next time I am in the city.
