Trip Type: Special Event Review 17 of 132what i liked and not liked
liked the fact that it is fairly a new hotel didn't like the noise of aircondition didn't like the overall reception experience - and as the hotel is so spread out, it is an anxiety to locate or orient with the premises.

Trip Type: Romance Review 19 of 132Problems at first- but redeemed themselves and then some.
My boyfriend and I booked a single night stay at the Riviera Resort and Spa for my birthday Sat. October 3rd. We initially paid for a Poolside King- however the room wasn't available. SO the guy at the front upgraded us to a Classic Poolside king, we were more than happy, and went to our room. We got there to find that the AC was spewing out hot air, the closed room had to be at least 110. After waiting 15 minutes for maintenance to come we called the front again and asked if we just came up we could move our room. When we got to the front there was a a line of about 9 people waiting to check in, we were greeted by the ONLY and at first quick to remind us that check in wasn't really until 4PM Front desk employee. After going back and forth for a few minutes- he decided to just upgrade us. Which was so awesome of him- it totally was not his fault, but something the management needs to be more aware of. Clearly only 1 employee working at the front desk, on a saturday, AND 45 Min before check-in is going to leave guests a little irritated. Eith way, the gentleman working the front upgraded us to the Palm Suite. it was AMAZING- I wouldn't go back and stay in anything less. =) The pool is great and offers great slightly covered canopies, and a fun poolside menu. The hotel itself is gorgeous and offers plenty of photo ops. My boyfriend can't wait to come back- would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Trip Type: Romance Review 20 of 132Relaxing Stay in a Luxurious Resort
Stayed overnight and were able to check in early with an upgrade to a poolside room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, but the best thing about this hotel are the pools. Because of the circular layout, the variety of seating areas, the palm trees and massive mountains rising in the distance, and the hip crowd and hot waitresses, there's no shortage of eye candy. The small pool in back had a great DJ, but all the action's up front. The cocktails were mediocre- stick to beer or wine or their frozen specialties. The restaurant was amazing, but kind of pricey. You could have just as good of an experience lounging near a fire pit by the pool and ordering a burger from their bar menu. Slept like a baby in their plush bed. They have full cable and decent coffee and tea in the rooms. They even have a nice gym overlooking the pool. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely return.

It was pretty fun, make sure you know about the 25 dollar charge per night they give you when you stay lol oh and make sure you check out in the front desk because you will end up paying 50 bux for a late check out even when your out the room :\

Was unaware of $25 resort charge until I arrived. You need to ask about all possible charges when booking online since hotel charges are excessive.

Trip Type: Romance Review 25 of 132Its Worth it
Its one of the best resorts I've ever stayed in. The pool area is amazing and very relaxing. There is a pool bar that serves drinks during the day whether you're swimming or sunbathing. The food is exquisite, specially the breakfast buffet, and the lounge is the perfect place for cocktails. The only thing I didn't like were the high prices of in-hotel commodities, like room service and massages. But other than that it's a great room for the money and it's totally worth it.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 29 of 132Vegas without the Casinos
I have stayed here once in the spring and thought it was a very quiet romantic hotel, although boutique and hip, especially the pool layout and experience. Maybe its due to the recession friendly prices, but this trip was anything but romantic/relaxing. The clientele that it now caters too is the same crowd you would see at the MGM resort in Vegas or the "Rehab" party at the Hard Rock in Vegas. Now if you're looking for that, its great, however I'm wasn't exactly looking to watch the UFC fight and its fans party it up in the pool when I was trying to escape all of that, otherwise I would have just gone to Vegas -- it even would have been cheaper. Next time I'll make sure its during the week or possibly a slow weekend.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 30 of 132I wouldn't call it a "Noble House" more like an 70's retro house.
It was different in a good sort of way. Very Colorful with lots of patterns for the eyes to absorb. Loved the chandelier over the table in the alcove. It felt like I stepped back in time. Very comfortable bed.
