    Pros: Front desk staff, tour agency off lobby, full breakfast buffet, safe neighborhood with nearby restaurants and internet places. Cons: Windows leaked in rainstorm. When we notified the staff they came to take a look and said "that always happens in winter" and got a couple extra towels to absorb the water from the window sill and carpet. Smelled a little bit smoky even though we requested a non-smoking room.

Location. The modern Ritz Hotel is located in Cape Town, South Africa, 300 metres from the beach. The hotel is within two kilometres of the shops, bars and restaurants of the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. Table Mountain is seven kilometres away.

Hotel Features. The 21-storey Ritz Hotel offers fabulous views of the Atlantic Seaboard. The lobby has a 24-hour front desk where multilingual staff can provide currency exchange and tourist information.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary buffet breakfast every morning at the Ritz Hotel. The revolving Top of the Ritz restaurant on the 21st floor of the hotel offers panoramic views of the ocean. International cuisine is served for dinner, while drinks and snacks are available throughout the day in the hotel's café and poolside bar.
