Terrible!!

Do NOT stay at this hotel. It was the worst vacation I could have ever wanted. The food was terrible, the drinks were terrible, the service, the rooms... everything was terrible!

Ritz not a great hotel

Food at the restaurant is horrible and mostly inedible. Snack bar burgers are good. Don't get the all inclusive. Drinks included with all inclusive are not a bad deal. Only some rooms have a balcony and some ocean view rooms have view of noisy street or loud airconditiong units on roof of next door building. Make sure you ask what you are going to get. We moved 4 times and we're not that picky. Beds are very, very hard. Buildings are old, but clean. 99% of guests are Mexican, which is fine, but it's worth knowing. Very little English is spoken except at front desk. Staff is very, very, friendly and helpful. I would not stay at this hotel again or in Acapulco. Go to Puerto Vallarta instead.
