NEEDS ALOT OF IMPROVEMENT

WINDOWS NEED TO BE REPLASED, ALOT OF HUMEDITY IN THE ROOM, FLOORS WINDOWS BATHROOMS, HUMEDITY IN THE ROOM MOLD ETC

Hotel of Hell

The rooms were not what we reserved. They were delapidated and run down. They had no mini-bar. The first day stay I got rob. They entered the room and took an envelope with with money out of the safe deposit box. Mangement was very non-sympathetic and distustful. I had go to the police department and file a denunciation. I had to check out of this hotel and stayed at another hotel with better accomodation and safety. The hotel never reimburse me for my lost.

It's an OK hotel

The hotel rooms were nice and clean. Room service and meals were generally pretty good. You must pay for internet use. Nice restaurants nearby. All in all.....not bad.

Great room for the money.

Everything about the hotel is okay from the food to the rooms. Good location. I would stay here again. But would not pay more than $80 a night. So book in advance. But be warn it will cost you $28 to get from the airport to this or any hotel in this area. Anyone who says otherwise is lying. The taxi have a monopoly at the airport so expect to pay this much. By the way, Panama use US dollars only but coins can be either US or Panama.

Good for the price

The hotel rooms are under renovation so please make sure you get one of the new ones. They are simple but clean. Good for the price.

My experience

Hi, I was in Panama the last week and the hotel were very good and the service too. The ubication is fantastic because it's on the downtown.
