Riad Jnane Sherazade

Location. The Riad Jnane Sherazade is located in Casablanca, Morocco. The Royal Palace is 200 metres away and the Old Medina is at a four kilometre distance. Casa Ville train station is situated five kilometres from the hotel.

Hotel Features. Surrounded by gardens filled with fruit trees, the boutique Riad Jnane Sherazade occupies a modern villa with gleaming, white façade and opens to Art Deco-influenced interiors finished with marble and richly patterned rugs. The hotel's Smoking Room boasts Moroccan Tadelakt plaster walls and an Art Deco fireplace and furnishings, and extends to a terrace area. The hotel also houses a traditional hammam with massage services. The multilingual concierge is on hand to offer sightseeing assistance and currency exchange, and further amenities include laundry facilities, 24- hour room service, and airport transfers (surcharge).

The hotel houses the Al Menzeh restaurant with its sumptuous Moorish-style decor, serving a range of traditional Moroccan recipes handed down through generations.

Expert Tip. The Hassan II Mosque, five kilometres from Riad Jnane Sherazade, is the largest religious monument in the world after Mecca. Constructed for the former King Hassan's 60th birthday, it boasts a 250-metre minaret and is decorated with elaborate mosaics, marble, and sculpted plaster.
