    Staff unresponsive to air conditioning not working in our room. There are no window which can be opened to let air in. We had to open the door to pateo at night and had bugs bother us all night! Not pleasant! When we notified the hotel desk about the problem we were told the maintenaince crew had left for the day. They said they would put in a service request for the following day. Upon our return the next day from sking we checked our room to see if the A/C was blowing cold air. No cold air! The front desk said they didn't know what the status was for our service request. I assured her nothing was done and the A/C was not blowing cold air. She offered no explaination or cure. I asked to speak to a manager to be told she had left for the day and could not be reached. Myself and another father and son, in another room with the same problem, left a day early! No refunds to date.
