The departure point for the ski slopes is less than 100 metres away and Montchavin is three kilometres from the residence. The 612 studios and apartments have a simple décor with functional furniture and feature balconies or open terraces. All include private bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens with hotplates, refrigerators, mini-ovens, dishwashers and electric coffee makers.

Guests can find one ski locker for each apartment. Baby kits can be hired from reception, and include an infant bed and high chair. In winter guests can enjoy 220 kilometres of runs and 85 kilometres of cross-country skiing at La Grande Plagne (connected by chairlift to the residence). Chambery Airport is 113 kilometres and Geneva-Cointrin Airport is 140 kilometres from the residence. For those arriving by train, Landry railway station is 10 kilometres away. All apartments include a living area with two single sofa beds and one pullout bed.
