During the ski season, guests can benefit from ample ski storage. The slopes link to the nearby resort of Bars and the full range of snow sports is offered. Risoul resort is located at 1850m, with the ski area, La Floret Blanche, reaching from 1650-2750m with 180 kilometres of pistes including 112 ski runs and 57 lifts. In summertime there are also facilities for white-water sports, climbing, tennis, mini-golf and paragliding nearby. Mont-Dauphin train station, near Guillestre, is 17 kilometres from the residence, while Grenoble Airport is around 190 kilometres away.
