The staff is very cooperative, the room was clean and had a full kitchen, its a good place to stay if you are travelling with family. The only problem I had was reaching there, there was construction going on US 64 E, and the detour was more than 60 miles, my GPS was totally confused and so was I. But we found our way to the hotel.

WE WERE IN ST. LOUIS FOR MARDI GRAS. THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMODATING. WE ARRIVED AT 10:00A.M. PRETTY CERTAIN WE WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN EARLY AND WE WERE. THEY PROVIDED A SHUTTLE TO AND FROM SOULARD...WHICH RAN UNTIL 10:30PM THE ROOMS WERE GREAT, WE HEARD NO NOISE, AND THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Me and my children stayed on the 8th floor. The elevators were both broke for a period of time and I had to climb 8 flights of stairs.. The chlorine in the pool and hot tub was waaayyyyy to much! It killed a persons eyes!! My bathroom was not clean either! There was hair on the floor and nasty sticky stuff on the back of the toilet.
