Trip Type: Not Provided Review 16 of 50Perfect Hotel for seeing a concert!
The Residence Inn in Downtown Cleveland exceeded my expectations, perfect location right next to everything, I didn't have to move my car once. The room was very large and very clean, breakfest was amazing as well.

Trip Type: Romance Review 17 of 50Perfect for Cleveland Events
This hotel is located within walking distance (across the street) from Jacob's Field, and the Quicken Loans Arena. We saw a concert there, got drunk at a few of the awesome local bars/restaraunts, and it was a perfect location. I would stay here anytime.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 20 of 50Great room for Price - Service could be better
The room was extremely clean and was huge for the price. There were plenty of towells and it was in a great location for our Tribe game visit. We were running late for the game and the staff let us park first without checking in. I was excited about this service, until we came back from our hotel and realized this wasn't a norm. The service at the front lobby wasn't so great. My boyfriend was sick and I asked if there was a nearby sundry store or place to pick up meds. He did not offer the cabinet that was locate just behind me. I noticed the cabinet and the meds on my way out later that evening. I wasn't happy with the lobby receptionist. Also when we first checked in, the receptionist made me wait for 3 - 5 minutes before helping me. I was the only person in line but he was typing something on the computer. I'm a big critic of customer service and he wasn't rubbing me the right way. Note to all: Breakfast is only served until 9:30. We were hoping to grab a bite before we checked out at 10:00 and looked at the book with breakfast hours indicated until 10. When I called the lobby to get directions, they mentioned that the breakfast is now open until 9:30. We told them they need to update their book and inform their guests of the change. Other than that, the stay was comfy and the other staff were very friendly.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 21 of 50What a find!
We wanted to be near Progressive Field and reasonably near other downtown Cleve. attractions. Residence Inn will be our first choice from now on. Beautiful room, very comfortable, very clean. Comfy bed, good shower, kitchenette. We booked during a special promo, which made it that much better, but will always look first at this place.

Trip Type: Romance Review 24 of 50Great room for the money
On the weekends a nightclub is open across the street, loud music til 2:30 AM, it's best to get a room on the other side of the building. We were told the nightclub might be closing in the near future. Great Breakfast ! Nice Bed ! I would stay there again.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 26 of 50Spacious suite
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. That's what we expected. We were pleased with the roomy kitchen with room for four to eat in comfort. The high ceilings added to the feeling of spaciousness.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 30 of 50Great spot
Great location for an Indians game, Fourth street is newly remodeled and a great spot. Mike Simon's restaurant, Lola, is there, and check out Corner Alley, a huge sports bar with great happy hour specials.
