Residence alba Rossa

The Residence alba Rossa is a Mediterranean-style property set on 14 acres of land, only 200 metres from the local village with its shops, bars and restaurants.

The property offers 160 mini villas with simple Mediterranean decor. All include air conditioning, climate control and televisions. Kitchens offer refrigerators, coffee/tea-making facilities and cookware/dishes. Bathrooms provide makeup/shaving mirrors.

The residence's Alegria Snack Bar serves snacks and meals. Guests can swim in an outdoor pool with views to the sea, as well as enjoy various activities including boules, Ping-Pong and volleyball. Practical amenities include a front desk (limited hours), a multilingual staff to assist with concierge services, laundry facilities, and complimentary onsite parking.

The property is located between the sea and mountains, and is five kilometres from the main town and fishing harbour of Porto Pollo. The footpaths from Serra di Ferro to Propriano, which is 21 kilometres away, are 200 metres from the property, and Propriano itself is host to numerous sporting activities including canyoning, parachuting and climbing. Figari Sud Corse Airport is an approximately 60-minute drive and 49-kilometre distance from the Residence alba Rossa.

Alba Rossa is a residence, not a hotel.

A security deposit is charged upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded at check-out upon a satisfactory inspection of the guest accommodations.

Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. An end-of-stay cleaning service is provided by the residence (surcharge). This cleaning service can also be requested during the stay.

Televisions, linens, towels, and baby packs (consisting of a crib and high chair) are available on request (surcharge for all).
