It was spacious just a lot older than the pictures showed

The service was great. The people were very friendly. The hotel was old and run down. I was expecting it to look more like the pictures on the internet. It served our purposes as we wern't at the hotel that much and the price was the best I could find in the area.

Cool Place

Very nice layout of the room. A lot of space and was in a great location.

Great home away from home

For the price of a single hotel room in Port Douglas, you can get a whole 2-bedroom apartment at this place. Washing facilities, kitchens and 2 bathrooms are a welcome respite after travelling around and staying in regular hotel rooms. Don't be put off by the location outside of downtown Port Douglas, as the local shuttle bus system is great.

Needs improvement

The hotel room was of poor quality, smelled of humid cigarettes and there were cockroaches. The pools were great! The staff was helpful.
