Beautiful with a Few Downfalls

Gorgeous hotel/luxurious. The check in clerk was very snooty. Parking is $10. Convenient to airport.

Great Hotel

Price was great with breakfast included. Prices in restaurant were high as were the drink prices in bar. People very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyable stay.

Only about 15 min. from downtown area via interstate, very convenient to airport. One thing not expected was a $10.00 a day parking charge, otherwise, no conplaints, enjoyed the stay. (It would also have been nicer had they had food channel and hgtv.

Nice Hotel

Very nice hotel. My husband and I stayed three nights for a family wedding. No complaints at all. We got a better rate with hotels.com than the arranged rate for the wedding guests. I trust hotels.com.

Great hotel, great price, great location

Very nice hotel with an upscale feel. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice, though the pool is a bit small. They advertise in the pool area a maximum capacity of 15 people and I think that is an accurate estimate of how many the pool could accommodate! Didn't eat at the onsite restaurant since there were several restaurant options within a short distance. Had to call front desk around 1 am one nite to complain about teenagers running up and down our hall, screaming, knocking on doors and running away...security took care of it right away.

Fine Quality but nickel and dime you!

Restaurant was a rip off priced, slow service, and our waitress was less than accommodating. $4 water bottles in room. $10 per day parking. You are afraid to touch anything for fear you will be charged! The room quality was excellent. Net access was $$$ outrageous!

Fine hotel

office was slow to put a second person at the registration when a line of customers formed. Other than that the service was fine.

good place to stay!

The hotel it self was nice and clean. If there was a item that needs approval, it is to have a free breakfast!!! that would make the hotel a GREAT place to stay!!!
