Amazing Hotel

This hotel is one of the best we stayed at ever & we travel several times a year. The decor, service, food, beauty, spa, everything was perfect. the room was so clean, and the bed was amazingly confy!!! Breakfast was pricey, but when we recieved it, it was WELL worth it, plus they give you free fresh mix berry juice! Resturants were awesome. Spa is excellant, we got facials & massages. You can walk directly to Sea World from the hotel, or catch the I-RIDE right @ the hotel if you want to go to international drive or other attractions. Pool and gardens were great. This hotel is so beautifully manicured.

No laundry room

I would stay here again, it's a very nice hotel and the price is great, the only down side is the lack of a laundry room.

Great Hotel. Perfect Location

This is the ideal hotel for a stay at Seaworld. Right across the parking lot from the entrance, staying here allowed us to play in the morning, take a nap at the hotel and then go back for more fun in the evening. Our stay could not have been better.

Miscommunication re breakfast

It was our 25th anniversary and one of our relatives asked about whether breakfast the following morning was included. He was told that it was; that all we had to do is give our room number and it would all be taken care of. We had a very nice breakfast the following morning, gave our room number and everything was according to script except for the following... we were billed $60 for the breakfast! It was a very nice breakfast which we enjoyed, but I'm not at all sure we would have opted to breakfast there had we not been told that it was a part of our room. Actually, this was our only issue at all. The hotel is very nice, the price is very reasonable, and we were very happy with our stay... including the breakfast. We would recommend to others (even our nephew, who set up the "free" breakfast for us)...

"One of the Best"

This has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the Orlando area. The only thing that bothered me during our stay was our server at dinner. He was not personable and made it seemed like we were bothering him anytime we asked him for something. On the other hand, the service at the pool area was remarkable, they were so nice and friendly and were very willing to do anything to make you comfortable. Let's just say we had a better time at the hotel than we did at Seaworld!

Great Place for Sea World

If you plan to visit Sea World this is a great place to stay. Very conveniently located across the street. Comfortable and staff is helpful. Only negative issue is with the advertizing calls to room guests that members of the hotel staff make.
