air conditioning

room had no working air conditioning...and after many requests to have it fixed, and after many hours(5) of inadequite responses from the reception desk, it was finally decided that yes, our air conditioning was off!!! We were tranferred to another room. This was one smaller, but the a/c worked...no adjustment was offered or made to us.
