Its located dead center at the inner harbor which is nice for getting around. Surprise is the great restaurant which was reasonable. Might be the strength of the place. Otherwise its just another hotel room.

Hotel was great, not much indoor activity. Construction outside make sourrounding unattractive.

Was not as close to the Hipodome, however the hotel was outstanding. Nice 42" tv and things...

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 136Great Hotel for the Money
The Renaissance Harborplace is a really nice hotel. It is kept clean everywhere. The bed was comfy and the room is large. However, it is kind of noisy. You can hear people coming and going in the hallway from inside your room. Also, the sirens from the street are very frequent.I wasn't overly bothered by the noise but if you are a light sleeper it can be bothersome. The hotel is connected to a mall so you do not even have to go outdoors. There are places to eat in the mall. Also there is a bridge you can take on top of the highway if you want to go across the street to eat at various restaurants and more shops. Everything is within walking distance,The Harbor, Little Italy and the Aquarium. It is a good location. It's a good romantic getaway.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 10 of 136Pricey, but worth it
We enjoyed out overnight in Baltimore to see the Red Sox play at Camden Yards. Was only walking distance to the ballpark. And an added plus, the Red Sox were staying at our hotel!

Overall, we were pleased with our recent stay at the Renaissance Inner Harbor. Good service was consistent, our room practically sparkled and the location for visitors to the Inner Harbor can't be beat.
