BEAUTIFUL HOTEL

There is nothing bad about this hotel at all. Nice rooms, nice staff, excellent location. If you have never stayed here before then don't miss the chance.

Amazing Value

It's honestly not fair the value you get with staying here. From the workout facility to the bar to the actual room accommodations. I definitely got more than what we paid for.

Excellent

This is my second stay in this hotel this month. Each time it has been EXCELLENT. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a great view! Great rate, great room, great service for a weekend get away!

unbelievable room for the price

The rooms are new and fresh at the hotel. The price we paid was a steal for the quality. The staff were very friendly that we encountered. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed at the Renaissance Hotel for Gay Pride

Loved the hotel and the staff. The room was recently remodeled and we actually got free internet because they have not yet worked all the bugs out of the billing for WI-FI. We needed a whole bottle of cranberry juice, a plate of lemmons and cocktail glasses and the room service brought them right up with no questions asked. The mark up on the juice was actually not bad. My only complaint is that the roof top pool closed up promptly at 11:00pm and we had to climb 3 flights of stairs after getting off the elevator to get there.

Great for Dallas Market Center

The Renaissance is a classy place without being over the top. Only a city block from the DMC made our early starts easier. Service at the hotel was perfect. Room food service was timely and tasty tho limited on their hours; Bar in the lobby was relaxing with good food and drinks; rooms are very clean and comfortable. Service personnel were helpful and friendly. Highly recommended especially with any rate discounts.
