Outstanding Hotel

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Reindl's Partenkirchner Hof. The hotel nicely complemented the Garmisch-Partenkirchen area that we were visiting. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. Their breakfast every morning was outstanding and dinner in their restaurant was also great. We would definitely return to this hotel

Excellent Staff!!

Our room was very large and comfortable beds. Large patio doors looked off to beautiful Alps. We stayed in their 2 room units a maze walk from the front desk (got lost more than once). Garage is very narrow I rented a large car only parked in it one night too difficult to get in/out. Parking on side street free. In hotel resteraunt. excellent and expensive. All hotel employees get A+ for service and assistance with excursions (american works night shift). Overall I highly recommend this hotel but save your money first to afford it!

Great service and location

This hotel was very easy to find. The concierege and staff were extremely helpful and curteous. The "basic" room that we had was very large for a European hotel with a nice sitting area. The indoor pool and hottub were very nice. I would defineitely return to this hotel and reccommend it to others. The price is right and nearby all local attractions.

Ok hotel

The hotel has a very convenient location---a really short walk from the train and bus station and commeial area. However, the female receptionists are not very friendly and helpful in providing tourist support. They should also improve on their English language skills because there are a lot of tourists from english-speaking countries. The male hotel receptionists are very cordial, helpful and fluent in the English language.

Outstanding

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were generous in size, the staff was very professional yet friendly at the same time. Dinner at their main restaurant (they have a smaller 'bistro' type restaurant too which has a more limited menu) was phenomenal. The only thing I didn't care for was that its location is right downtown, on the main street. While some may say this is convenient, I would have preferred to be located off on the side of town, with views of the mountains/meadows.

I loved Reindl's Partenkirchner Hof!

I was in Germany from 3/4/08 through 3/12/08. I stayed at Reindl's for two nights and I loved it! I traveled alone, and the from desk staff was very helpful in getting me the bus shedules, lift tickts and even helped with mailing some oversize postcards back to the US! and the spa is to die for! I spent about 3 to 4 hours every afternoon at the steamroom, saunas, pool and hot tub, where you can relax and watch the skiiers go down the Zugspitze! The bartender was also very delightful to talk with. I would expect this hotel to be a lot more expensive than it was. The included breakfast was wonderful too! I would recommend Reindl's to anyone going to Garmish- Partenkirche(by the way, the hotel is actaully in Partenkirche)

Great room, cool view!

This is a perfect example of an Alpine Hotel. It was quite a walk from our room to reception/resteraunt. Would be a problem for handicapped people. Alot of small staircases to go up and down. Reception people could have been a little more helpful for giving directions to certain sites either in Garmish or nearby. Breakfast was good. Very cute town!
