Trip Type: Not Provided Review 1 of 61Beds suck!
I thought your hotel was great, but the bed was aweful. I could have been as comfortable if I had slept on the floor. I woke up several times during the night to try and find a comfortable position...the bed was just super hard. Aside from that, everything else was great.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 61Growing shabby
Peeling signature 'Red' paint from the doors along our side of the motel gave an air of neglect. The rooms are comfortable. Ours had a very noisy bathroom "ventilator" (it appeared to be the recirculating filter kind, but I can't be sure). The only staff encountered were at the lobby desk. They were friendly.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 61clean and economical
The room was of good size and was very clean, however the toilet ran all night, there was only one ice machine and that was at the front office. The room was big enough that there could have been a fridge in the room and they needed to keep up on the snow plowing. But all in all the room was god for the price, location was well and service and cleanliness was good. I will stay here again when I go back to woodbury.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 4 of 61Needs some improvement but cheap and I slept well
Needs some improvement, but I slept well. The chairs were really dirty and so was the floor. Also, this hotel does not have internet access unless you pay an additional fee to sign up for the hotspot. On the hotel door they advertised free wifi access if you reserved a certain higher priced room. I reserved a room online at this hotel specifically for the wifi so I was very disappointed when I got there.

Nothing fancy..but the price was very reasonable..could have used a hair dryer and cream rinse. One small packet of shampoo. One nice feature is the location of a sports bar/restruant withing a 1/2 block that you can walk to.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 61Excellent location for eastern metro
Finding a nice relatively inexpensive hotel in the Eastern burbs can be a pain, this was anything but. Very close to my meeting and well within a reasonable drive to any services and entertainment.

The hotel should provide alarm clocks in the room. We were going to get a wake-up call, but there were so many steps through the phone system to go through to just request the wake-up call.

This was my second stay at this hotel and I was less pleased this time than last. The first room they put me in still was not cleaned at 8pm. Then the cleaning lady started cleaning out my stuff one day before I was supposed to check out.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 14 of 61OK for sleeping and good location
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The 24-hour coffee machine in the lobby was much appreciated as was the microwave in the vending room. We had 5 women in one room, and we were never questioned when we asked for extra clean towels and washcloths. There was a problem with water leaking from underneath the bathtub on our 2nd day, which flooded the bathroom and got the carpet wet. Fortunately, that was the day we checked out. We did report the problem to the hotel staff.
