Needs Improvement

Very bare bones hotel with almost zero aminities. Mattresses looked like beverages had been spilled on them. Would pay extra in future not to stay here.

The elevator smelled so bad we took the stairs every time. It stuck for two days and just got worse. The free breakfast was good. But what's the point when the elevator makes you want to vomit everything you just ate.

1 block to beach

It was an average hotel. No bells and whistles, but it worked. The room was ok. The pool was nice. It was within walking distance to the beach. The continental breakfast was nice. For what we paid, we really had no major complaints. (One small complaint: The room needed more hooks for swimsuits and towels.) Staff was very friendly.

Good Hotel With Good Location

The hotel service was very good. The only complaint we had was with the tv and remote. The remote didn't work well and the volume buttons on the tv often changed the channel instead of adjusting the volume. It was a moot point since we didn't go to the beach to watch tv.

NIce Hotel, good location a short walk to the beach

This hotel was just what my family needed. The hotel seemed to have been recently painted and updated, the pool was smaller than expected but,plenty of lounge chairs and tanning space. The room had a basic and updated feel. The two full beds were a bit to firm the sheets seemed clean and smelled fresh. The desk and office chair a great bonus. The bathroom was nice and clean,neatly updated and well stocked. The bath and shower had low water pressure but was enough. Over all a great place to stay for the money. A clean basic hotel.

Going to the Dogs

Great Customer Service by Front Desk Staff. However, the hotel should limit the amount of pets it will allow to stay in the hotel per night. I counted at least 10 dogs of all sizes during my 1 night stay. I was on the 3rd floor and one dog was barking at 2:30AM. In addition, the sheets on the bed were dingy. The sheets should have been replaced with a new set.

Needs Improvement

Room was very dirty, loose hair still on bathroom floor from previous guest. Yuck! Also, the toilet did not flush the first time I used it and I had to call maintenance, and it kept having problems. The air conditioner was loud, and did not get very cold at all. Also, very poor service. I called down for towels and ended up having to go get them every time I needed them. This hotel definitely needs some better customer service and better cleaning service is a must!

Room met our expectations and was worth the money. Could have been closer to shopping.

Great Stay

Overall, I can't complain about the hotel. Great room, clean. Comfortable bed and clean as well. Location is only about 7 minute walk to the beach. Not bad at all! My only complaint is the SAME breakfast every morning. Only disappointment of the week.

Pet Hotel

This has to be one of the dirties hotels I have ever stayed. Pet hair was everywhere, and I have to say bed covers where full of hair either from previous person or their dog. Also there was that pet smell inside and outside of the room.

Our choice of hotel was booked, so Hotels.com suggested this one. What a wonderful surprise. Hotel appeared fairly new. Very quiet, only a short walk to the beach. Clean, clean, clean. Wonderful experience.

Great Hotel

Convenient location and reasonable price. Breakfast needs more choices.

Nice hotel at good price

A nice hotel located just far enough out of the busy myrtle beach. nice pool. AC was a bit warm, but for the price it was great. AND I was able to park my boat onsite.
