Needs Updating

OK Room for the Money ... Beds were old and so were the pillows! Pool was Not Heated ... No Breakfast!

Great room - expensive

Quality room but overpriced. No mini-frig or microwave. No hot tub. Pool supposed to be heated but not. No continental breakfast.

Satisfactory for one night's stay

Had to ask for another room when arrived. Carpet was slightly wet in front of Air Unit/Window and there was a odor. Second room was fine. Had to ask for iron and some extra pillows and front desk clerk was very accommodating. Overall experience was good considering we stayed one night to visit Shands Hospital.

Good Value

We had a good three night stay at this Red Roof Inn. It met our expectations. It was convenient to restaurants, stores, Interstate. The only minus I would mention was that WiFi was available free of charge to rooms with a King Bed but not for rooms with two Double Beds. I did not understand that and opted not to partake of the $6.50 per day service.

"Needs Improvement"

a/c system not working correctly in room and could not sleep the first night. No flexibility in getting a king size bed rather than two twins beds.

Good for a short stay

Just stayed overnight and did not use facilities but the ice machine. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have free wireless internet (only business class king bed room).

Outstanding Hotel

I was very pleased with the Red Roof Inn in Gainesville. I have stayed there several times and have no complaints. The main factor is that it is pet friendly and when my sister goes with me she can take her dog.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

NO COFFEE MACHINES IN ROOM, OUR ROOM SMELLED SMOKEY THOUGH THE STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMMADTING, OUR TOILET OVERFLOWED A LOT, VERY WET.

Room Fine-Electronics Troublesome

room nice and had free coffee machine in lobby.down side was internet-cost 6.99 a day and didn't stay on had to call tech support several times.the tv had too much info for your choices-afraid of hitting wrong button & getting charged for shows.

needs improvement

room was damp during 3 day stay had to get toilet paper from front desk and ironng board and iron carpet was stained needs new airconditionng, in room accessories

Need s Improvements

We stayed in 5 different hotels on our vacation and this one was the worst of them all. Rooms didn't seem all that clean. Beds were uncomfortible. Just didn't see how people could recommend this hotel. I would definately look elsewhere if I were to visit again.
