Decent experience for money

We had a decent experience staying in this hotel for the money we paid. Staff were courteous and friendly. Room was clean and decent. Complementary coffee was outstanding. There are tons of places to eat closeby. The location is pretty close to Falls and crossing over to Canada - yet away from staying on the Falls. if we get a chance - we would stay again at this hotel. Thanks.

Very Good Hotel

Hotel was very good. Now we have become fan of red roof inns. Rooms were ver clean and bathrooms and sink were also very well maintained anc very clean. And ofcouse rates were also very competetive. I will definately recommed this hotel to all peoples i know.

Needs Improvement

I've stayed in many hotels over the course of my lifetime and this one would rate in the bottom 10 all time. I can't think of anything that I could say that is nice about this hotel. The service, the room, the location and the list goes on. Just an overall unpleasant experience. The only decent thing that I can say is at least the room was fairly cheap, but I still paid more then I should have. All I can say about this is hotel is this, It's Okay if you just want a cheap room with limited service and amenities.

A FINE place to stay, but

It appears that this chain has spent a bit of money in upgrading their faciities. The Hotel/Motel is conveniently located, has quite reasonable rates, and was CLEAN. My sole gripe is that as an older person with not the best eyesight, I found the mirror at the wash basin as recessed too far to be of much use. A brighter lamp over the site could possibly help also.

clean, but uncomfortable beds

The hotel was clean, with decent service, and the room was relatively well insulated from the highway noise. The downsides were the lack of breakfast and rather uncomfortable beds. Not worth the price.

The hotel was OK. Make sure to reserve with sufficient time because it gets very full on the weekends. The bad thing is that it was so full that we had a smoking room and we do not smoke, so it was uncomfortable.

Great Room for the Money

We were attending a baseball tournament and found the hotel in perfect location to all the different fields. Great price, Great location. Most important the room was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Best choice for this money

Renovated room. Pictures on the walls- which is really neat. Room, bathroom, bed was very clean. Free coffee machine (6 types of coffee) at the front desk. About 28 min to Niagara Falls park. Bob Evans diner in 1 minute walking distance. Safe location. Shopping locations 5 min by car. This is the best room I got for this money ever!
