Perfect for what we needed!

This hotel was just what we needed and for a great low price. The location was just right...only 8 minutes from the University of Akron and lots of stores & resturants nearby. The beds were a bit more firm than we are used to so our backs were a little achy when we awoke, but otherwise the room was just right. The only thing I would like to have seen was an in-room coffee maker, but there was free coffee in the lobby. The room was very clean and the staff was pleasant & friendly.

Great Room...Great Price

On a recent trip to visit my daughter at college, this was the perfect hotel. The location was great, as it only took 8 minutes to get to the campus plus there were many nice resturants and stores very close to the hotel. The room was very clean & fresh, and considering that we stayed in a "smoking" room, there was no smell of smoke when we arrived! The staff was friendly & made sure we were comfortable. The beds were a little more firm than we are used to so our backs were a little sore when we woke up, but all in all, the room was great and the price was as well! The only thing I would have like to have had was a coffee pot in the room, as I am an avid coffee drinker & need my caffine as soon as I awake! LOL!

Good room for the money

very clean and the staff was very helpful. If you are looking for a quick stay for nothing too expensive, this is the place.

pleasantly surprised

We had a very good experience staying in this hotel. Night manager was excellent choice for mgr., he was very very nice and made us feel welcome. Only prob was could have used better mattresses, but were still sleepable. Nice to see all the renovations made at this hotel, as we have put off staying there as before not so nice. Now this will be our favorite place to stay.
