Hotel smelled very musty.

Inexpensive convenience

It is not flashy or special but it is just what you need for a short, inexpensive trip. The room was clean and the neighborhood was safe. You can't ask more for such an inexpensive stay.

better than what I expected

I wasn't sure what to really expect from this hotel, but I booked it cause it was close to the hard rock and we were going to gamble and to stay at the hard rock was almost $300 night. The red carpet inn was 5 miles away.. easy to find and the room was nice. Hard wood floors and very clean! I was impressed.. I would def stay there again. :) It did the job and we saved money.

worst hotel stay ever

the ac was not working, the hot water was not working, the beds were full size, the restaurant the worst food and extremely expensive. The worst time ever

Don't do it!

The room had a terrible stale odor. After 5 minutes in the room I left the key on the dresser and left. Do not stay here under any circumstance. Employees were very nice but the property is awful.

great room for the money

excellent customer service especially from Sheneeka, she went above and beyond to give us a nice room on 1st floor with pool view. room could have been alittle cleaner especially bathroom which should be the cleanest.other then that would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was nice and and a very convineince location, the only thing was the air condition was not working properly and the room was very hot

"Great room for short stays"

This is a great room for short amounts of time like a day or two. The only issue is the air conditioning was not strong enough for the heat of Florida.

Terrible!

Upon arrival to the hotel, or shall I say motel, we were kind of skeptical of the surrounding area but as it was 1 am, it was hard to make a firm decision. The lady in the lobby acted as if she had been drinking. We finally find our room and it was disgusting. The following morning, I checked out the outsideof the place and the landscaping was very overgrown. Overall, I would not recommend this place for anyone that has a phobia of cleanliness.

Great for Cruise Passengers

This is a very convenient hotel for passengers on the discovery cruise line. It was very clean and nice. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The only hitch was there is no microwave or refrigerator. When you come in late with food to warm or to put it up for tomorrow, you can't do it and there is no microwave in the lobby. But other than that, it is the convenient hotel for me. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that travels on the discovery cruise ship.
