Location. The Raphael Hotel is a European-style boutique hotel located within the historic Country Club Plaza in the center of Kansas City, Mo. The birthplace of jazz, Kansas City offers a variety of attractions within eight miles of the hotel, including the downtown area, the Kansas City Zoo and the American Jazz Museum.
