    The hotel was very clean but there was a sewerage odor coming out of the bathroom. The maintence people came up to check the problem but the odor remained especially if the fan was turned off. The area surrounding the hotel was very clean since it is a hotel/apartment district. Another problem I encountered was with the taxi service, not many drivers were familar with the area so we were driving around on my expense. For the most part, my room was well kept and I enjoyed my stay there. I would stay at this hotel again.

    Had asked for extra cot to be put in room. Staff promised to bring it that night. They didn't bring it until the next morning. But was charged extra for the night they had failed to bring it.

Location. This modern apartment block resides in the heart of Bur Dubai old town, ten kilometres from the city centre. Guests hoping to explore the area have easy access to a range of local attractions such as Dubai zoo, beach and shopping malls. Driving time from the Dubai Airport is seven minutes and distance five kilometres. Taxis to the city centre are available 24 hours a day outside the Terminal 1 arrivals hall. Limousine hire can be arranged in the arrivals hall. A bus service runs to the city centre approximately every ten minutes between 6 AM and 10 PM.

Hotel Features. Offering complimentary access to guests, the penthouse health centre comprises of a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, and fitness equipment. Guests not taking advantage of nearby dining opportunities may eat in their rooms courtesy of round the clock room service, while the lobby's coffee shop provides snacks and drinks throughout the day. Complimentary covered parking is available for guests arriving by car.

Guestrooms. Studio apartments are neutrally decorated and equipped with modern furnishings and amenities, including coffee/tea making facilities, and cable television. Furnished kitchenettes provide microwaves, refrigerators and crockery for self-catering guests.
