    We booked this hotel through hotels.com but our reservation didn't reach the hotel when we reached. The hotel staff allowed us to checkin based on the printed confirmation we had and didnt charge us for the rooms. They also worked through the reservations group to confirm our payment made to hotels.com. We had a one year old infant and the staff went out of their way numerous times to help us with our requests and take care of the baby while we were eating our breakfast and dinners. I would reommend this hotel to anyone travelling with small kids.
