outdated hotel

rooms were small and out dated.Pool area not very nice. No in room fridge/micro. Not worth the money.

OUT DATED

THE LOCATION OF THIS HOTEL IS GOOD BUT IT IS OLD AND OUTDATED, tHE POOL AREA WAS NOT AS PICTURED. THE ROOMS WERE OKAY BUT NO FRIDGE AND AN OLD HAIRDRYER WHICH DIDN'T WORK.tHERE ARE ALOT OF HOTELS IN GREEN BAY I WOULD RECOMMEND BUT THIS WAS NOT ONE OF THEM.

Great Customer Service

as soon as we checked in we were deemed "customers of the day" and upgraded to a suite. the room was amazing and the front desk clerks were very nice. we had some issues with our tv box in the bedroom but not in the living room part of the suite. they asked if we wanted to be moved to another room or have someone check on it right away. i would definitely stay here again in the future

Fun place for the kids

The pool was awesome. Our almost 3 year old had a blast on both water slides. The hot tub was perfect temp for everyone to enjoy. Room was plenty spacious and we did not hear too much noise from other guests. Full service restaurant on site; prices reasonable.

Girls Weekend

We had a good time. They even had a shuttle to where we needed to go. Also they picked us up. A big plus!!! Very nice pool area! Slide, BIG pool, hot tub, even a little area for the younger ones.

needs improvement

The hotel is outdated and loud. The bathtub would not drain when I was showering so I was standing in a bath by the time I was finished.

Top Notch Hotel!!

The front desk staff was the best around, very friendly and knowlegeable. The bar staff was nice. The bar had 2 for 1 drinks all the time, great deal. They also had a great band so I didnt have to travel for entertainment. The room was spotless and had everything I needed (microwave, fridge and lots of towels). Would stay again for sure!!

Hotel Needs Major Improvements

Yes the hotel has a waterslide, but is lacking in everything else. Continental Breakfast was coffee and small frozen muffins. When you are paying amount for this hotel you should be getting.. Fresh fruit, oatmeal, waffels, yogart, juice and milk for kids. Hair dry is out dated in room. Heated up so much it was burning my hand. The bed were not comfortable at all and to small to sleep two adults. I had to sleep with my son. We will NEVER be staying at this hotel again. I will say the staff was real nice. Then did bring extra towels right away, room service was quick.

Needs improvement

Well unfortunately on top of our TV cabinet was someone else's sweet & sour sauce packets & some leftover chinese food chicken on a plate, that clouded our entire stay after we found that! The staff was nice, location stunk, very hard to find and can't be seen from expressway, we are not from the area and looked for our hotel for 2 hours, even with Mapquest directions, we drove back and forth for a long time looking & asking directions. We even received 2 area maps from gas stations & other hotels & still could not find it, So-we called the hotel to ask and were on hold for 1/2 hour, by then we found it ourselves. There are no signs from the expressway either as is with usual lodging.

Not Satisfied

Not a very nice place to stay especially for the price. The room smelled musty and floor looked dirty. Pool area was the best part of the hotel. Will not stay there again!

Nice Hotel

The hotel staff was very friendly and willing to shuttle you anywhere around the area. There is a lot of shopping & restaurants in the area. For being an older building it was a very nice place to stay. Our 2 boys enjoyed the pool area very much. Other then the carpet in our room being stained it was an enjoyable stay.
