Awesome

With the exception of Victor at the fonr desk, this hotel can't be any better. Housekeeping was wonderful, the other people at the front desk as well as maintenance were willng to assist at ANY TIME of the day or night. You definately get more than than you pay for with Ramada Inn & Suites. Thank you hotels.com Andrea Extremely satisfied Customer

terrible

I stayed at this hotel on Friday, by Saturday three of my kids had broke out in a rash all over their body. We thought that they had a allergic reaction to some thing they ate. When I came home I took them to the doctor, the doctor then told me that they were bitten by bed bugs. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms looked great but I guess the beds were dirty.

Needs Improvement

The first night I was put on the 4th floor. The entire floor smelled of mildew. The secone through fourth nights I was on the third floor, other than rain leaking in through the window and soaking the carpet, everything was wonderful. With the exception of one staff member, the staff was wonderful. Very helpful and informative.

Needs a drastic makeover

Very tired, very old, stuck in the 80's decorm, in dire need of a makeover,I did not feel safe. The positives for me was that I checked in very late, it was close to where I had my business meeting the following morning and it was extremely cheap. Thank goodness I did not have to spend a lot of tiome there! I still would have preferred to pay more money and stay somewhere safe and sound.

Nasty Hotel...Don't stay there

Oranage looking water coming out of shower and musty smelly rooms. Real Nasty place. Rooms smell like mold.
