We typically travel to the Pigeon Forge area 3 to 5 times a year. We have stayed at several major chains hotels and this stay was very comparative. We all want the best accomodations for our hard earned dollars. Very good service, great breakfast area, good location and better over all accomodations value than some of the other hotel chains in the area.

We arrived at about 8:30pm and we had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk for check-in. The hall next to the elevator smelled of garbage. The baggage trolley/carrier had a flat tire. The sheets on the bed had cigarette burn holes in them. We found hair under the sheets from previous guests. There were stains along the walls of the rooms. Just bad...
