Needs Improvment

I only stayed for 2 nights. Their complimentary blow dryer did not work, neither did the iron they provided. The bed was stiff so I didnt really sleep well either night. After my fiance' and I checked out of the hotel and had already left, he realized he forgot his phone charger and I forgot some of my shower things. We called numerous times and everytime they gave us a different excuse. The kept saying they would get back to us, but they never did. Overall,the location was great, but the room and the staff could use some improvment.

Good for the money

The hotel has two pools as well as a jacuzzi but the water was very cold---even on a 95-degree afternoon.

Pleasant surprise

I wasn't quite sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my experience here. Welcoming feel, quiet room, and met all my needs. WOuld recommend to anyone.

Nice room for the low price

Very close to Billy Reeds restaurant which we love4.

So worth the money

The room was more than I had expected for the price I paid. The bed was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

Home away from Home

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay and is always my choice when I come into town. The staff is friendly and always helpful, the rooms are always clean and smell nice. The pool is clean and delightful. The grounds are clean and beautiful. This is an excelent place to stay I have stayed here so many times now it feels like home away from home!

Decent for the price

The ooms were a bit small, and the site said double queens yet they were doubles. Their pools looked a bit too murky.. Also, even though we had three people in our party, we only got free breakfast for two so that was awkward.

wouldn't mind returning.

enjoyed our stay. would have enjoyed more coffee not decaf. i think housecleaning should come earlier if possible, went out on sat. 07-4-09 returned tired after a nice hike out and room still hadn't been clean (1-2:00pm). however we would return, and enjoy another weekend. staff is friendly.

Nice place to stay

Love staying here, the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean, although a few minor details like a lop sided bed and no control for the TV to be found the staff was quick about solving any complaints. I just love it here!
