Good hotel for the money

Absolutely outstanding comfortable bed. Carpets could use shampooing but overall room was clean. Fridge & mircrowave in room which is good for price. Convient location to shopping and airport. Needs touch up paint and some TLC in rooms but otherwise worth the money.

Hotel outside appearance gave a little uncertainty. Accomidations were great would stay again!

"Needs Improvement"

For the price that I paid for the room it was great and the location was great. I was using this hotel for business. I was contract work for 13 weeks. My hours were from 7pm to 7am, which mean that I need to check in earlier than normal. I explain my situation the hotel manager and he was fine with it as long as I could wait until he got there at 8:00 am. He said I see that you went through Expedia I told him I did not know what that was, and that I went through hotel.com he was fine the first two or three times that I book the room which was a gurantee reservation two nights a week for 13 weeks. Around the 4th time that I book he said that he would not let me check in early if I could not book straight through him because hotel.com get the commission & he loose money. Now out of maybe 100 rooms I say all of 20 rooms may be fill on any giving night even a weekend, but I'm there only on weekdays, and he has a gurantee reservation for 13 weeks, and last week when I was there my toilet was stopped up when I got off of working a 13 hour shift & the front desk told me that I had to wait to 9 or 10 am for a maintenance person to come in or come to the front lobby to use the rest room because no one could fix it then. This was my last day there I was driving back home that day. You see he put me in the same room every week that I check in and I tell you it looks like I left it the same way with the exception of them making the bed. Yet the manager is trying to make me not use hotel.com, because he knows he was allowing me to check in early. Yet he can allow me to stay in the same room every week.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast had a large variety of good food.

stay elsewhere

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The room...even though billed as non smoking had obviously been smoked in A LOT...and they tried using a spray to mask the odor, which just made it worse. Of course...there were no other rooms available, so I was stuck. Also very noisy with kids running up and down sidewalk and stairs late into the night.

Hotel is under rated

Hotel should be near a 3.75 rating or so. This makes the price lower than the value. Great deal!

Enjoyable stay

My room was very comfortable, I was familiar with the area and found it easy to get around. The pool was very nice and clean. Not too impresssed with the breakfest, but you can adjust that.

The iron in our room wasnt in good working condition. I called the front desk and requested some towels, i waited for an hour but difnt get it. overall, they were good
