Great Hotel for the price...Not so great neighborhood

My family and I stayed here because all of the rooms that fit our needs were booked in Santa Cruz. The hotel itself was very nice and updated. I liked how the fridge/microwave/bathroom area were segregated from the actual room itself. The hotel was conveniently located across the street from my fave fast food establishment and Denny's was like 2 minutes away. I had plenty of food choices and there were grocery stores to get all my other needs close by. When you travel thru El Camino Real St. , it gets kinda scary. The hotel was quiet at night time except for a few noisy guests settling into their room. Pool was great, had it all to ourselves during the mid evening. was kinda far from our destination but didn't have much other options. I'm glad I found this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone needing to stay in the area. Only miles from San Jose.

Super Stay

The staff was great. The room was great- spacious and roomy. only issue was the bedside table was not plugged into the outlet, so the outlets on the bedside table were unusable. The hotel is close to pretty much everything, right off of El Camino Real.

Great Place to stay

First the hotel is located off the El Camino Real in Santa Clara. If you have never been to the area this road will take you from San Francisco (I would recommend taking the 101 to get there though) to San Jose. A person can find almost anything they are looking for just by driving north or south. Second the staff was helpful and accommodating. Third The room was spacious and well maintained. The only issue my brother and I ran into was the bedside table was not plugged into the outlet, so the outlets on the bedside table did not work.

Fine Overall but Older Than I Expected

So overall it was fine. But it was older than i had expected so the bathroom was very small. and sorta funky. but clean. the rooms were upgraded and modern and nice. i really like the fridge. i needed it. the people were nice. we did bring our own pillow and it was taken out of the room which was annoying BUT we did get it back.
