Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 14Stayed in a Hilton for Less
The staff that we saw was friendly, and helpful. We got a jacuzzi, since we had been driving all day. The jacuzzi was a joke, broken, old, and strangely placed. It was as if they expanded the normal bathroom and added the jacuzzi. There was mold in the wood planks adjacent to the tub. The shower head was sticking out into the middle of tub by a couple of pipes. My wife's leg was injured by the water intake. My knees hit the tub while sitting on the toilet. Our room overlooked the indoor pool. So we didn't realize this till later, but we got no cold fresh air, as it was recirculating pool air. No view to the outdoors. There were chalk stains or something on the TV. The only new thing in the hotel is the carpet, this place is in rough shape and really needs a renovation. We paid a lot for this hotel, during offseason on a weekday (monday). This is in a winter resort area, and we were there during the summer. The following saturday, stayed at a Hilton, 30 mins away from NYC, and paid 30 bucks less. I will not stay here again, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 5 of 14Great Room for the Money
We got a room with a jacuzzi and king bed and i was impressed. The jacuzzi tub was huge nice clean room. The pool was also nice and clean and there was another hot tub in the pool area. The only weird thing was the jacuzzi tub had a shower head and it was a little tricky balancing standing up on the slanted bottom of the jacuzzi tub. Also not much privacy as one wall of the bathroom was a shower curtain.

The hotel was good, the front desk manager was very unefficient, but the service was ok, the breakfast was not great, just cereals and pancakes. Great location, and good for the money that I paid for.

The hotel was very outdated and the lobby was pathetic. No elevator and many dark stairways.

Nice hotel with clean room and usual amenities. Location is ski area in Poconos(we didn't ski) but it is located in a lovely wooded area. Restaurants nearby. Hotel desk clerk very helpful.

Great service, nice location, overall pretty clean but that could be improved, lack of elevators was a bit inconvenient, decent price
