Odor

There was a distinct stringent odor in this hotel. Both in the hallway and in our room. Rooms were comfortable enough but there were no headboards on the beds in our room. The staff was exceptional. Very helpful. They made recommendations for restuarants in the neighborhood and were able to make recommendations for things to do and see in Vancouver. Great staff.

Like Sleeping in an Ashtray

The room we rented, like the one our friends rented, smelled like smoke. The smoke was so bad that our clothes and suitcases picked up the smell, which we could smell days after leaving the hotel. Not a big deal, I guess, if you're a smoker.

Good Value, I would stay here again

Great quality for a quiet hotel with a comfortable bed. 2 negatives, free wireless didn't work the hotel address is on a street that is 1/2 a block long and hard for my GPS to find. It actually fronts on 104th

Good place to stay...

I was there for only one night but it was really nice. The restaurant was nothing to shake a stick at but if you order something simple (hamburger or what not) I'm sure it would be tasty.

Pleasant Stay for the price

Friendly staff, and I loved that our window looked out over the trees. The hotel sent us the weather report via email several days before we left which was great for planning. The pool and hot tub were outside which was wonderful, especially as the water temperature in the pool was comfortable and the hot tub was actually hot. Only drawback was that there was no free continental breakfast served but they did have a restaurant at the hotel for those who want to pay for breakfast. We did have a small refrigerator and a coffee maker so we could have cereal and coffee in the room. Not a bad drive to and from downtown Vancouver.
