Just Ok Hotel

Hotel is old and not clean but for the price I paid it was ok

Comfortable, Convenient & Friendly

This was our 3rd stay here. The rooms are very comfortable. Theres a 24 hour tram to and from the airport. It's also very close to the airport. You can park your car there while you travel. We brought 24 pounds of Mahi Mahi fillets home from Mexico and they were nice enough to let us put them in the freezer. The diner and bar have never been open while we've been there, but we look forward to that sometime in the future. The place is not the Ritz, but then again, you're not paying for the Ritz.

Never Again

Access for this hotel is difficult to locate. When I called the front desk from the road to ask for directions I was told I'd taken the wrong freeway exit & that was the sum total of help offered. Once we arrived we found no toilet paper in the room, the hotel pool had been closed by the MO State Health Dept, and the restaurant was closed (for reasons I didnt care to inquire about). On a positive note the room was clean and the gentleman who drove the airport shuttle was very helpful and a true delight.

Very satisfactory

Our gps would not find it. It gave us an open field but he desk clerk said nobody's gps finds it. However, I recommend it highly.

Great Hotel

With such a low price me and my boyfriend paid for this hotel we did not know what we were coming to, we had in our minds some ragedy old place, we was wrong. For the money we paid this hotel was real nice, the service there was great, I have been to some hotels and they barely clean you come in and see they did not clean or change sheets, This hotel did change our sheets everything looked greater than when we walked in. The location where it was at was ok. We did have great view of the airport and planes comeing and going but how to get there is a little crazy, if you missed the exit, you had to go down turn around come back turn back around and then take the exit, our gps was no help on that part. But overall this hotel is a great place to stay.

Tricky to get to the first time

great hotel...just don't rely on your GPS to necessarily get you there.

Great for a night before a flight

This was our second stay at this hotel before having an early flight the next morning. Just let them know when you need a shuttle to the airport and it will be there waiting on you. You are able to leave your car in the parking lot during your trip away which is great so you don't have to pay airport parking! This hotel has worked out great for us twice now, and we are very satisfied.

"Playing Hide and Seek is not fun"

I know it isn't the Ramada Inn's fault, however, I wish someone would have told me that the entrance into the hotel was hidden. Evidently the airport redid the highway and took out the entrance to the hotel. It took us 3 tries to find it and finally went down a road that said "No Outlet" and there was a road that took us to the hotel. It did not start my vacation off on a great note, but got through it.

great room for the money

needed a hotel close to airport, this was the only hotel around with free shuttle with a great price. was a little hard to find, but staff was awesome and the room was more then i expected. it had a mini fridge and the bed was very comfortable. i would recommend this to anyone looking for a hotel close to airport. also had a continental breakfast that was ok.

Needs Improvement

They were remodeling the hotel while we were there. My recommendation is wait until they are done.
