Nees lots of improvement

Staff very unfriendly, nor were they professional, room service closed at 9:00 pm when info indicated that they remained open until 10:30 pm, NO INTERNET service available, Rooms looked nice, Continental Breakfast consisted of toast, limited fruit selection, and coffee.

Ughh!!

Floors stained. "Continental breakfast" consisted of the mini boxes of cereal and milk and that's it. "Fitness center" is two guestrooms without the wall between and two treadmills. Pool was not swimmable.

Everything went wrong

The first room I got did not have wireless internet available and the sencond room only had intermittent service. The coffee maker had putrid grounds and water in the resevouir, so they gave me a key to grab one from a nearby room. That one didn't work either. I also found a cockroach in the bathroom. All the good reviews I thought this place was going to be good, but it just didn't work out for me.

Great Room for the Money

The room was exactly what we needed: a room with enough bed space for my husband, my two children and myself. The bathroom was very small (you had to stand in front of the toilet to close the door and to undress to shower), but all in all, great for the money. The service was a little lacking, but there was a convention going on. It would have been nice to been notified about this ahead of time.

Great room for the money

Outstanding pool with umbrellas and nice patio furniture. Couple of little things...no light bulb in the night light, no coffee pot but these things were quickly remedied by very courteous staff. I would definetly stay again.

Hotel is right off the interstate so its easy to locate and get to. rooms were clean and bigger than expected. the hotel has a small conference center and is catered to business travelers. nice and comfy king size bed

good room for the money

The room was very reasonable and close to our destination. The bed was a little on the hard side for my taste. However, I was looking for economy and convenience at the time. The hotel exceeded my expectations in that category and I would recomend them to others.

Would've been a great stay if the pool had been kept up.

This place was in a great location with plenty of dining choices. The hotel's employees were friendly and VERY helpful. As warm as it is in Texas, one would naturally want to take a dip in the pool. However, this just wasn't going to happen with how unkept the pool was. Other than that, a great stay!

Expected more for the money.

Because it wasn't a peak or high rate season, I expected more for the amount we paid. Though it wasn't bad, the location was perfect for our short stay.
