This hotel was very clean, had comfortable beds, was quiet, and had a good breakfast. It is located close to the airport and had a shuttle. Actually, I think the shuttle was busy so an employee came to the airport in her own vehicle and picked us up within 5 minutes of calling. That's service!! There are a lot of restaurants nearby and other services that made the hotel very convenient.

This hotel is old, but remodeled. I am 42 and stayed there when I was 16. The staff was nice and helpful, but it was a bit irritating since they were on the internet every time I wanted to use the Business Center (though they would immediately get up and offer it to me). I felt as if I was messing up their game or their traffic on Facebook. Other than that, not too bad. Don't expect any frills though.

This hotel had an amazingly low rate and great availability. conveniently located on a major thoroughfare and the layout of the hotel itself was simple. great for short stays in acadiana.

We booked a king room online and paid extra for that size room. Some friends of ours also booked the same room a day after we did. We all arrived together and they got a king room, but the hotel ran out and did not have one for us. Instead we got a FULL sized bed (which is room for one) in a tiny room but were still charged for the larger room. The price on the door of the room we stayed in reflected a price $20 less than what we actually paid. The hotel attendant could not give us a receipt or help us in any way because we booked it online.

My only complaint was that the deadbolt lock on the door did not work. I traveled alone and check in after 11pm. I was so tired to ask for another room, that I had to stack two chairs and the floor lamp behind the door so I could rest.
