The room was neat, tidy, comfortable enough for the single night, but it was in an interior corridor and HAD NO WINDOW. It was a little off. We were there for a matter of only 8 hours really so it wasn't a big deal. The staff of college students was lacking in the customer service department. For example, despite having paid ahead thru Hotels.com, when I checked in the young man at the desk couldn't figure that out and told me that I could go ahead and give him my card again. Manager on duty set it straight.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 3 of 60better if the doors to rooms were inside
Didn't like: the rooms were outdoor access, could hear a lot from the other rooms/surrounding area, restaraunt was a tad pricey (except for drinks) and the soup was salty. Did like: indoor pool, very clean, spacious bathroom with very nice shower head. Hotel restaraunt had very nice selections and good deals on wine/beer, bed was comfortable.

This hotel looked good from the outside. As a business traveler I may have higher expectations than most, but when I found hair in the bed that was about it for me. The staff was polite and attentive. At the end of it all it just looked like the hotel was satisfied with doing the minimum to call itself a Ramada.

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 60Not worth the money
The hotel has a very nice swimming pool and hot tub but the hotel room was unimpressive. The bed cover did not fit the bed correctly and it kept coming out which was annoying. The rooms are along an exterior hallway and that is not very secure or convenient. I stayed at 3 different hotels around Harrisburg during my recent business trip and this was the worst hotel.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 8 of 60A great place to stay!
This hotel was definitely worth the money... the hotel lobby was beautiful, and there is a restaurant inside the hotel. The pool was amazing! It was a large pool, surrounded by palm trees. There was also a hot tub, that had a fountain flowing into the pool. Loved it! The room was comfortable and the surrounding area of the hotel is great. Basic necessities like Wal-Mart, Denny's, etc. are all on the same street as the hotel. Fabulous location!

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 60Nice hotel,
We liked everything about this hotel but we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Dust around the corners of the room and loose tiles in our bathroom. The location was perfect, the pool was great and the general condition of the hotel was great. Just housekeeping was dia\sappointing to me.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 15 of 60very disappointed
I started my stay by removing garbage left in the room (2 newspapers and 4 water bottles) - should have been grabbed by the cleaning crew. Toilet/shower room was tiny and uncomfortable; ceiling was not more than 6.5 ft. tall. Room also had no window. When I asked how to cool the room because it was a bit warm and the fan wasn't helping, I was instructed to leave the door open to the hall for 5 minutes because the climate control would just blow warm air around. Breakfast buffet was very forgettable. Indoor pool/hot tub was fine. Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.
