Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 16 of 185Way overpriced for what you get
I don't mind staying in fleabag hotels with leaking toilets, damp floors, and uncertain locks, but I definitely mind paying too much for the privilege. The shuttle to the T station was a nice convenience, but the room frankly sucked--the second room, that is, after we had to change to get the nonsmoking room that we had requested.

Trip Type: Family Review 18 of 185Unsatisfied passenger
The hotel was different of what I expected. The room had very bad smell, dirt smell, the air conditioner was terrible, it looked as if i were in a steam train, we had to turn it off to sleep. The complete hotel should have a overhall. If the Ramadas are all like this one we will never stop in one. Thanks,

Trip Type: Business Review 19 of 185Not what I expected
It seems to be a converted Red Roof Inn. Not a bad hotel but not great. The employees were helpful and they had a shuttel to the T which was very nice.

Trip Type: Family Review 20 of 185not recomended
I must say that I chose it because of the price but I have been in other hotels same price with better conditions. Romm with bad smell, smell of dirty, noisy air conditioner, seemed you were in a steam boat, we had to turn it off for the night. I would not recomend it. We looked for another hotel for the next night in Boston.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 21 of 185Great Hotel
The reception desk was very helpful in suggestions of what to do. They called a taxi for us and it was there in about 5 minutes. Nice people and nice hotel. The only problem was the location, not much was around the hotel.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 22 of 185Very good for this price
If you MUST have a flat screen TV and a room with a view, spend another $100. However, this hotel has all the basics you want in a room: clean, quiet, nice staff, fridge, TV, free wireless, free breakfast, airport shuttle, etc. Every half hour a shuttle runs to the nearest metro station and the rest of Boston is a short hop away. My only quibble is with breakfast. It's very crowded any time of morning and sometimes hard to find a table. But the price is right and we managed to eat a hearty breakfast every day. I would stay here again.

Trip Type: Family Review 25 of 185Big Disappointment
Not only did we have to switch rooms because the toilet wasn't working in our first room, but then we got stuck in a room next to a highway making it impossible to sleep. The two rooms next to us were occupied by a drunken group of college students who repeatedly would slam the door all night and knock on ours further worsening the sleep situation, especially for the children who were scared. The concierge were not helpful and when I asked for a discount because of my unsatisfactory stay, they agreed to it but it didn't go through. Overall, a very bad hotel. Ramadas are usually pretty nice and worth the price but this seemed like a cheap motel.

our stay was very good. the room was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay, including iron and ironing board in the room.the sheets were white and the mattresses were o.k.it was quiet as well. however, i wish that the breakfast selection would be a little better.

Trip Type: Family Review 28 of 185Ghetto Gold
This hotel is prob the worst Ive ever stayed in. The hotel condition is a 1. Gaps in framing, 2 mile walk for ice machine, and everything in just poor condition. Room contition is a 2. Bed is rock hard. Floors always wet and dirty. Bathroom is uber-cramped. You have to be in the shower to use the toilet. Tv worked every 10min or so. Everything you would expect out of a " $100" room in a city where the next cheapest room is double in cost.... Now the free parking and shuttle service to the T was huge. Saved a ton not paying for parking or having to worry about driving and getting car dinged up. There is a clarion inn that is an affiliate and offers same shuttle. That hotel actually looks like it's in respectable condition. Would prob stay there before going back to ramada.

Room was adequate and fairly clean but outside corridors were dirty and had a bad smell. Since it was next to a highway it was very noisy although the noisy air conditioner hid that. The air conditioner had only one fan speed (high) which made an unpleasant draft.
