The complimentary shuttle (within 5-mile radius) sometimes involves considerable wait times (e.g. over 45 minutes at times). Overall, the service was pretty reasonable.

The front desk was a little rude, but other than that it was extremely convenient to downtown. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and they offered a great variety, which we were really impressed with. It was an excellent stay for the price we paid. I would recommend this hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel three times now. I am traveling to Dallas every three months and this hotel is great location for the medical district. Our first room was okay because the air conditioning unit did not work well so it made the room hot. Then our toilet went crazy and water was everywhere so we were moved to another room and it was wonderful. It is a great price for the room. Will continue to stay there.

There was dripping moisture on the inside of the windows, so we asked to change rooms. The second and third rooms also had moisture on the windows, but we decided it was an overall problem and stayed. The drop ceiling in the halls was dirty, and you could see black edging (like mold) on some of the broken edges. There was no fan in the bathroom, so everything fogged up when we took a shower. The heater/air conditioner in the room didn't help. Just too much dampness. (to Hotels.com, I would remove this hotel from your list--I don't think it would meet cleanliness standards based on the ventilation problems.)

Overall, the stay was good. The front desk attendants were very nice and helpful. This is close to the freeway and the room we had was a little noisy so it was hard to get to sleep. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel could use some renovations/updating.

Hotel staff were professional and polite, rooms were more than accomidating, staff were very accomidating, the front elevator was out of order which was a little bit of a problem as I was traveling with elderly persons who can't walk great distances. I understand though that things happen.

overall, this was a great place to stay in. the room i stayed in was equipped with everything i needed. everything was perfect except for the clerk at the time we checked in. he was a little bit on the rude side but once we were in the room, we forgot about it. the complimentary continental breakfast was great! i will most definitely be staying there again, and would recommend this hotel to a friend!

The front desk staff at this hotel was very friendly and even let us check in pretty early. Also my kids loved continental breakfast because they had so many choices of items including premium brand of coffee. I would love to come back to stay this hotel next time.

This was my second time to stay at this particular hotel in 2009. Both stays were pleasant and better than expected for the cost. The one area that i think can be approved is the computer internet access area. It is not private at all, and on my first visit, the computers were not working, and on the second visit, one of the 2 computers available was not working. this was very inconvenient. other than that, i enjoyed the stay very much. the breakfast was great!

Me and my friends got locked out of our room due to the batteries died in the door key system. No they do not have any other way to open the door if this happens, like most hotels have a actual "Master Key", this one does not... It took the hotel three hours to get us back into our room. I was soo upset, they attempted several times to contact the "On duty" manager but he was not available, actually he was out of town I was told. The maintenance guy they called the first time didn't even know what he was doing, so another guy from another property had to be called out to assist. Needless to say, I was soo upset with the treatment me and my friends received during this horrible situation. The only good thing I can say is that the Sales Manager was very quick to call me back after I left a message the next day advising that I needed to speak to someone.
