Must be the Management Transition

We had stayed at this hotel before for the same yearly event, but the maintenance of the hotel overall had clearly declined. Basic maintenance in the room was lacking: lamp switches would stick or not turn on and the iron looked rusted (didn't even try using it on my wrinkled white blouse). The hotel had changed management recently and we couldn't tell whether or not the decline in the hotel was due to a lax management that knew it was on the way out or the new management that hadn't gotten it together yet. Hopefully they've been able to hit their stride because we used to enjoy this hotel.

Good roomj for the money

A bargain room; nice linens, clean, very quiet (ask for room away from pool area), decent breakfast. Will definitely stay there again.

Needs Improvement

This Hotel is currently undergoing renovation. It has rooms that are not up to todays standards for the price. Maybe after the renovation is complete it will be worth the cost. Rooms were furnished with 30 year old furniture, rooms had a musky smell and were not very appealling.

Worst hotel experience of my life

This used to be a Holiday Inn. They just sold it to Ramada, because clearly the building was too large and decrepit to ever be repaired back to Holiday Inn shape. The place is dirty, the staff don't know what they're doing, and problems are not addressed in helpful ways. Stay here if you hate your life.
