Visiting SUNY Buffalo, this works

Very convenient to the campus. Everyone was helpful and the facilities were adequate. Worth the money.

Overall Very Good

Was a good sized room and was very clean. Only problem was it was hard to find and I requested a single bed but was given a double and the room was also a handicap room. Since I was only there for one night it wasn't that big of a deal, would recommend.

There are better places to stay if you are visiting Niagara falls

We were visiting Niagara falls, and someone told me that staying in hotels in the nearby cities like this will save money than staying at Niagara falls. I dont know the conditions of the hotels at Niagara falls, when we checked in here, we thought we could get a similar place at Niagara Falls for the price we paid. Hotel is comfortable. Nothing much to brag about.

Great Room for the Money

We stayed at the Ramada Amherst in early August 2009. The hotel was not crowded, very clean and excellent. Our room was close to check-in as well as the dining room. We had dinner in the dining room and found the service to be excellent. The grounds are beautiful and the price very reasonable. We definitely would stay at the Ramada Amherst again when we have an opportunity. Great Hotel

Clean room price was right

Was happy with the room. Clean room help was friendly.

Thin walls

extremely thin walls could here every word of conversation from next room, saw light from next room coming through crack where wall meets ceiling.

Great Hotel...

We stayed at the hotel overnight on our way to another destination. It was conveniently located around 20 miles from the Niagra Falls. Traffic was easy, finding the hotel was easy, and the service from the front desk was second to none. They were very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was served in their restaurant which was very comfortable and roomy for everyone. It was fantastic. There was construction going on but we didn't stay long enough for it to bother us. I would stay here again.

Convenient to University at Buffalo

This hotel is right around the corner from the northern boundary of campus along J.J. Audubon Parkway. Ellicott complex can be seen from some windows, it's that close. The Continental breakfast was about average, nothing surprising. Rooms were average in comfort. (The absence of surprises is nice in itself.) We really liked being able to open the windows.
