OK for Airport Hotel

Nice hotel, fairly new and in good condition. My problem was that the AC in my room did not work. Even though it was in the 60's outside, my room was about 80 until they finally changed me to a different room for the second day. Nice plus at this hotel is the free shuttle to airport or to downtown.

Near airport

Comfy, luxurious rooms but the convenient location is also noisy. Walls and windows are paper-thin and you can hear every plane, train and car passing. The ventilation is also extremely noisy. You don´t sleep so well in a bigger-than-king-comfy bed when all you can think about is the horrific noise-level!

Great room with great shuttle service

We loved the room and the shuttle service to the airport. A phone call was all it took for them to pick us up and shuttle us back when we returned from our trip. Great shaded parking.

Great rooms really good, but outside noise

Very nice hotel for the price. Rooms were very good and spacious. One side of hotel sits on a busy loud section of highway. Light sleepers will hear the noise all night.

Very Nice Good Value

The hotel is very clean and very well kept. My room was wonderful and the bed confortable. The workout room needs some lights replaced and one piece of equipment did not work. The pool and hot tub were clean and great. I enjoyed my stay.

Excellent Experience

The room and the hotel quality for the money I spent....far exceeded any place I've ever stayed before. An excellent choice if you want to be near the airport or this section of the city (which I did)

Needs Improvement

The hotel was in the process of remodeling and out of all the rooms in the hotel they put us in the middle of it. Also, the doors don't have a seal at the bottom so you can hear every thing out side your door, if someone was walking by and you were standing by the door you could hear them whisper. The people there are friendly and the rooms are really pretty but there are a lot of flaws. Plus the TV would constantly go fuzzy in the middle of a show or the news which happened about every 5 to 10 min. If those things were fixed I think it would have been a good hotel.

Great room for the money

We really enjoyed our stay. Great room, friendly staff, you can reach everything very quick in any direction.

Noise

Everything was pretty great about the hotel except for the noise. There were doors slamming and a lot of noise throughout the halls into all hours of the night. Granted it is a hotel but they need to control that for the guests so that you aren't awake all night.

Becoming run down

The hotel is very nice but details are overlooked. The windows in our room would not close all the way. They are old and need to be replaced. Overall, a good experience but would have been excellent with some maintenance and repair.
