Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 407Great Location in Philly
Overall I was satisfied with our 2 night stay at the Warwick Hotel, but I was disappointed that our reservation promised a sleep number mattress and amenities that were not in our room - and no continental breakfast - There was a fire alarm that prompted evacuation of the hotel - with no explanation of what happened and staff did not seem concerned - we were told by an employee that no matter what the problem, it would be blamed on a condo tenant

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 407Fair Price & Great Location
My room was a bit small and the hallway noise was significant. But for the rate I paid, I'm not complaining. I was traveling alone on business, but if someone else were with me, it might have been tight. The vanity and TV were modern/updated and free internet was a big bonus. A new, more stylish and water saving toilet wouldn't hurt. The staff from the bellmen to the housekeeping staff were all exceptionally friendly. I also learned from a friend that the hotel is union; that's a plus in my book and could help explain the exceptional service. Great location -- near good shops, bars, etc.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 407Old City feel off of Rittenhouse Square
Great hotel located in a wonderful area... Near fabulous shopping, great food and Rittenhouse Square. Building is old, but the hotel continues to be maintained. Great price....especially considering the asofitel is one block down the street and about $100 more a night. We continue to go back to this hotel whenever we are in Philly.

I have stayed at the Warwick before and each stay is very pleasant. The foyer is beautiful; the rooms comfortable; the staff is always professional, helpful and upbeat.

Trip Type: Romance Review 10 of 407Great Hotel
A very nice hotel! Friendly staff and clean rooms. The food at the Tavern 17 and coffee shop was great. We also liked that it was within walking distance to the historic district, museums, and lots of restaurants and bars. The only down fall...parking. No parking at the hotel. We used the valet service which cost us $30 per day!!!

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 11 of 407Perfect location for a good price
This was my first visit to Philadelphia and staying at the Radisoon made the trip that much more enjoyable. It was located in the downtown area that is walking distance from most historic sites. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. When I go back to Philadelphia I plan on staying at the Radisson again.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 12 of 407Great location, but rooms need better sound proof walls
Location was central to many great shops and restaurants in Philadelphia. I was there for the ING Philadelphia Distance Run, and the start/finish lines were not too far away (about 1.5 miles). It also wasn't too far away from the Bolt Bus dropoff from New York. My only complaint was that I could clearly hear my neighbor's conversations and the TV. I had one of the rooms that had a connecting door. Sleep number beds weren't as comfortable as I thought they would be, but that's my fault for choosing that. I'm sure they had better options.

We love this hotel!! We have stayed there twice now and it was great both times! The first time we stayed we had our golden retriever with us and they were so nice to us and him! You are just down the street from Rittenhouse Square which is a great place to let your little friend take care of their needs! Also, you are just 1 or 2 blocks away from the Septa (the subway). We go mostly for Phillies or Eagles games! This is an easy and fast way to get to the Stadiums. You are also very close to lots of stores an shops! And the staff are great at getting taxis for you! We love this place and it is slowly becoming our home away from home in Philadelphia! If you go, you also need to eat at the diner across the street; Little Pete's! It's so yummy and open 24/7!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 15 of 407Good not Great
We had some room condition issues. The air conditioner was loud and the "Sleep Number" beds were generally uncormfortable. On one day our room went uncleaned and we had to call for maid service. The staff was very responsive and attempted to rectify our problems.
