Radisson Phoenix Airport

The room was clean and comfortable, but the air conditioner was extremely noisy and we could not sleep. The AC would kick on about every 10 to 15 minutes, and was extremely loud. There was no solution except to turn the unit off, which would make the room too hot.

Over-rated bed

I thought I was in for a treat. The hotel boasted about having Sleep Number Beds. Unfortunately, the bed in my room did not work very well and I ended up with one side of the bed really hard and a hole in the middle. One side worked very well, but if I moved, even a bit, I sunk into the hole.

Near Airport

This hotel was exactly as expected, close to the airport and perfect for a good nights rest before a long flight. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. Shuttle service to the airport was also convenient.

Very Nice

We enjoyed our stay with no complaints, however, only one elevator was working at the time, but it didn't seem to be an issue. Accommodations and staff were all great.
