Outstanding staff, great room for the price!

Very friendly and helpful hotel service from the desk clerk to housekeeping. Brandon helped with my boarding passes; Selene and Gabriel were warm cheerful waitpersons in the hotel restaurant. Chef Chris came and asked about our meals-salad fresh and tasty, main meal delicious for the price,for dinner as well as for breakfast. Housekeeping's Natasha was most helpful. Loved the big screen TV and comfort beds and decor. This will be my hotel of choice for my future stays in Orlando if they offer the same great price!!

Outstanding Hotel and Value

Right location, right amenities, right price. Good value for business travelers attending conferences at nearby properties.

Great location and modern, clean room

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and was very satisfied with the very clean modern rooms. My roon included two queen size beds, a large flat screen television, fridge, seating area, desk and large bathroom. Everything in the room was spotless. My fridge made too much noise and the following morning it was replaced without a problem. The staff was helpful and friendly. Free parking and free internet access made this hotel a great value. I highly recommend this property for business or family vacation.

Great Hotel

Con: Very difficult to find late at night from airport. If you have a rent a car besure and get a GPS included. It's worth the money and makes getting around easier. PRO: Friendly staff and very helpful. Cleaning people don't speak much english but manage to be helpful. Close to many attractions and places to eat. Can be reached by car and walking. Would highly recommend for families with children because of the closeness of Disy world. Added to my list of places to stay.

good Hotel for business or interstate travel

Very Noisy because on Interstate 4. Has limited shuttle service. Hotel is very clean, well maintained and comfortable. It would be better suited for business stay, or interstate travel compared to vacation stay.

Wonderful Hotel

The hotel was very close to Disney an even closer to Downtown Disney, location was very good, hotel staff was so wonderful and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to stay in. The hetel is easy access to everything, main streets and highways. The idea place for a family or single vacation.very clean and well taken care of.

Wonderful Maintainence

Room was so clean and the Keeper was so good. only disadvantage for me was that the receptionist was not so friendly.

Home Sweet Home

I stayed there two nights to take my son to Disney for his second birthday. It was close to attractions and had restaurants everywhere around it. The room was super clean and cozy. They gave us absolutely no problems when we asked for extra towels. The restaurant was nice too.

Great Value

Select Comfort beds were a bonus. Hotel was fresh and clean and staff was polite.

Beautiful Hotel

Amazing hotel, amazing location, perfect. I will stay here every time that I visit Disney World.

Nice hotel but not a resort hotel

The hotel was nice but definitely not part of the Disney resort. The walk to the Downtown Disney is about 1 mile. The hotel seems pretty modern, well maintained and the rooms were well appointed. Don't expect much from the bar or restaraunt as they have alot of competition nearby and this place seems more like a business hotel located near the Disney properties despite the Tiki bar and deluxe workout room. The "deluxe" workout room consisted of a bike, a treadmill, an eliptical machine and a compact weight machine. Current equipment but not "Deluxe". For similar rates, you could get into one of properties on the Disney grounds with more frill and better access to the amusements but for my business trip, it was fine.
