scolding shower!

Although there was a sign in the shower that said, "Water temperature controlled to avoid scolding", we couldn't for the life of us, make it COLD! So we couldn't take showers. Management refused to give us a discount on our room, nor anything towards a future visit. Very unhappy about that. Other than that, the bed was great, room was comfy and clean.

Good Value

Great location, service staff were more than co-operative. I have stayed there previously and would readily stay there again.

Ok for one night

Check in went smoothly and got room keys 2 hours earlier than the check it time. Room was ok for one nights stay but would not stay longer than that. The weather was on the warmer side and the air conditioner did not work properly. Had the temp. turned down to the coldest setting with no change in temp. Just fan air circulation. No hot water at the sink in the bathroom. A big negative for me. I requested a smoking room but never smoked in the room because the smoke order was so bad I couldn't bring myself to add additionl smell of smoke. If you are a non-smoker I wouldn't recomend this hotel. But overall it was ok for the night, good location if catching an early flight in the morning since it's very close to the airport. Didn't think the price justified the room.

Needs Renovation

For the price and convenience for proximity to airport, I could live with the rundown conditions of the room. The windows are soundproof so that's a plus but the hotel is need of a facelift. Shuttle service to/from hotel was ontime. Staff is friendly. I had a no-smoking room but the lobby and air conditioning in the room had a residue smoke/old a/c smell to it.

worth the price

Very clean hotel with comfortable beds and helpful employees. Would not recommend eating in the hotel, not because of the food but the price. Very close to the LAX airport. You will hear the planes at night, but it sounds like someone sliding the closet doors open and close next door.

Never stay here!!

First, you have to walk 2 blocks to the parking lot, which charges $10 per day. Secondly, the last night of my stay, there was a party on the 2nd floor and the music was unbearably loud until 2am (maybe the walls are thin). The front desk stated that the sounds are loud everywhere in the hotel and could not accommodate a room change. I will never use or recommend another Radisson hotel.

Good downtown-type motel

We were satisfied with all aspects of this hotel except that they were repairing elevators and only ONE was avilable for entire facility.

Slow Shuttle

Shuttle to airport was very slow. Stopped at other hotels (which is ok) but waited 20 minutes for one flight crew. Not acceptable

Not the best option around

I took this hotel for overnight stay. Late night when I checked in, I was given out of service room. I had to wait 20-30 minutes before I was transferred into other room (where I could smell cigarette). I will think twice before staying in this hotel again.
